Regular physicals are a chance for your physician to discuss important health issues with you and/or your children. These exams can make sure that you and/or your child is healthy and physically prepared to participate in physical jobs or activities. These examinations are often required by your employer or, in the case of the children, the school board. We can also do a physical examination for sports teams, camps, insurance policies, etc.
Why Should You Get A Physical Examination?

Specific requirements vary, but during a physical examination, our provider(s) can:

Complete forms needed for employer or school (forms to be provided by you)
Immunizations
It is very common for your children to need immunizations required by the school board. We provide a variety of immunizations, offer treatment for a variety of common conditions and write prescriptions, when appropriate. Make sure to bring any required forms for healthcare providers to complete.
