Physicals & Exams

Regular physicals are a chance for your physician to discuss important health issues with you and/or your children. These exams ensure that our patients are medically optimized for all their daily needs. In addition to regular physicals, employers, schools, and insurance companies may request additional examinations for the patients overall health and wellness.

Why Should You Get A Physical Examination?

Specific requirements vary, but during a physical examination, our provider(s) can:

Review your medical history

Provide Flu Shots & Immunizations

Conduct a physical examination

Conduct an EKG cardiovascular test

Conduct a pulmonary function test

Conduct an ANSAR test

Complete a full women’s health check, including pap smear

Provide a summary of the visit to your employer or, in the case of the children, to the parents

Complete forms needed for employer or school (forms to be provided by you)

YOUR PLAN, YOUR CHOICE

Mendez Family Care is pleased to offer an In-office Monthly Prepaid Medical Maintenance Plan. For only $200 a month, paid monthly on the first day of the month, this program covers your office visits, labs that are performed in-office, prescriptions filled through our office pharmacy, and most in-office procedures. (6 month minimum membership required.)
